What makes you qualified to care for my pets?

I have had pets my entire life, mainly dogs, but I also have had experience with cats and birds.

How many visits a day do you provide?

That is up to you. For dogs, we recommend a minimum of 2 visits per day, depending on the dog's needs. Our policy is to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour per visit for your pet to feel comfortable, instead of just rushing in and rushing out. Most cats and birds are fine with one visit per day, again depending on their needs. We do not skip days.

Why should I hire you instead of a friend or relative?

For years I have done this with my pets and it has worked out well. But there comes a time when you don't want to impose on your friends and/or family. It is much more comfortable for your pet(s) and you to feel confident that we are there when requested and are giving your pet(s) the exact care that you have requested.

When should we schedule our free "Meet and Greet"?

We try to schedule this a maximum of 2-3 weeks before your scheduled time away so your pet still remembers meeting us and is comfortable.

Is there a key pick up and drop off fee?

Although quite common, we do not charge for this service. We pride ourselves on service and since we only serve the Gold Canyon area, this is a free service.

Are there any pets you will not care for?

We are the first to admit we have no experience with barn animals, rodents or snakes. Also, if we (or you) feel uncomfortable in a situation, we reserve the right to refuse service at that time.

How early do we need to reserve your time?

As soon as possible. Like I mentioned before, we are small and our main goal is quality care, not quantity care.

Do you charge extra for holidays?

No. Our prices are as posted and we always offer a 10% senior discount.

I know that there are several options to pet care and that we may not be the cheapest option, but we are the best. Because they deserve it!
